ADVANCE FOR SUNDAY--NASA mission specialist Claude Nicollier, of Switzerland, and fellow mission specialist Michael Foale are lowered into  a 40' deep pool at NASA's Neutral Boyancy Laboratory (NBL), in houston, Texas, Friday, Sept. 10, 1999, for a training simulation in repairing the Hubble Space Telescope.  NASA uses the pool to simulate a weightless environment enabling crews to work with full-scale mock ups prior to the actual mission.(Brian Myrick)
